Cooling tunnel, all stainless, 2 cool zones:

1.)    Stainless steel conveyor construction, with adjustable sanitary legs.

2.)    Heavy duty, yet light weight covers, mounted with gas-springs for easy sanitation.

3.)    Triple cooling,     a.) Two full width cool airstreams, adjustable speed.

b.) stainless steel slider bed cooling, adjustable cooling in segments, to prevent moisture on products.

4.)    Cooling units, integrated in both ends of the tunnel.

5.)    Integrated condensing units, first class unit, extreme low noise level, complete with electronics.

6.)    PU food grade conveyor belt, 1400mm wide, belt tracking and tensioning.

7.)    Large diameter vulcanized with white Neoprene drive pulley.

With superior triple cooling system, both overhead air cooling plus slider bed cooling with individual adjustable temperature per segment, to prevent any moisture on product.
