New Never Used 2021 VDE Machines 24 Row Flow Through Sandwich System

Through Flow sandwich system, 24 lanes:

In-Line sandwiching system, provided with unique sanitary biscuit carry system.

Each row, the top biscuits and the bottom biscuits, are carried by full width stainless carriers, provided with individual stainless “product seats”.

Heavy duty 1” pitch conveyor chains away from the cream stencil area are guided in UHMW chain guides for a neat, clean and long-lasting trouble- and maintenance free production.

Heavy duty SEW gear motor drive provides the continuous transport.

The “top” biscuits are carried by short pushers.

The top biscuits are accurately lifted up and deposited onto an overhead Delrin “waiting plate”. The “bottom biscuits”, provided with cream are pushed forward by tall lugs.

Once the bottom biscuits are underneath the waiting top biscuits, the tall lugs will push also the top biscuits, and both will be merged accurately together.

For the production of sandwich cookies in-line, every second row of biscuits will have to be turned up-side- down.

Using a well-tested system, modified for the through-flow production, every other row of biscuits will be turned.

Clean and solid feed and turn of biscuits

The machine is provided with 3/8” thick Lexan windows, all with double safety contacts.

The clear windows will be mounted close to the stainless-steel frame, in order to prevent too much leaking by pressure washing.

Control panel is integrated in the machine frame, completely Nema 4X, wash down. The HMI, 10” color touch screen, is central mounted on the machine.
