Product feed conveyor, including channel board:

Complete Delrin CNC machined channel board, for an exceptional smooth flow of baked products onto the conveying system.

The channel board will follow the rows of products sideways.

• Overhead product guides with adjustable (during production) lane width.
• The servo-controlled aligner will be equipped with 24 overhead sensors and 24 pneumatic controlled gates. This is to prevent that when cookies arriving too late, they will be stopped, rather than being cut in pieces.
• Channel board moves sideways, controlled by incoming lanes of cookies, to follow lanes.

Complete equipment made of stainless steel, fully TIG welded and finished to perfection. Flat belt conveyors are all provided with:

• Individual SEW Eurodrive gearmotor drive, controlled with inverter.
• Large diameter FDA approved vulcanized (white Neoprene) crowned drive pulleys.
• 50mm diameter stainless steel idler pulleys in roller bearings.
• 50mm diameter stainless steel tracking and tension pulley, in roller bearings
• Pneumatic controlled belt tracking, deviation +/- 4mm.
• Superior quality food grade belting.
• Stainless steel 15mm diameter rolling nose pulleys, bearings of food grade Oilite impregnated bronze bearings.
• Overhead product guides with adjustable (during production) lane width.

The aluminum hard anodized product guides can be, one by one, simple and easy lift-off the line. This is helpful by thorough sanitation as well as by replacement of the belts when required.

Typically, the straight product lanes, up to the aligner, will not need to be adjusted in width.

Only the very last section of guides needs to be adjusted to accommodate differences in tray cell positions. For these adjustments we supply color coded plastic templates, for quick set-up.
