The 2021 VDE Machines 24 Row Product Feed System is a new and unused forming equipment designed to enhance the efficiency of transferring baked products. This system features a complete Delrin CNC machined channel board that ensures a smooth flow of products. The channel board coordinates with rows of products, moving sideways to align properly. With servo-controlled aligners equipped with 24 overhead sensors and pneumatic gates, it effectively manages the product flow by halting cookies that are out of sync, ensuring products are not damaged. Constructed entirely of stainless steel and finished to a high standard with TIG welding, this system includes sophisticated flat belt conveyors driven by individual SEW Eurodrive gearmotors with inverters. FDA approved white Neoprene crowned drive pulleys and 50mm stainless steel idler and tension pulleys incorporate superior food-grade belting and precise pneumatic belt tracking with minimal deviation. Designed with practicality in mind, overhead product guides offer adjustable lane widths, and hard anodized, lift-off product guides allow for easy sanitation and belt replacement. Width adjustments are minimized, with the last section guides adaptable to tray cell variations using provided color-coded templates for quick setup. This system offers a seamless integration for production lines requiring precise and reliable product handling.
