New Never Used 2021 VDE Machines - Ambient Cooling Conveyors (Includes 2 90's)

Ambient cooling conveyor system.

All stainless-steel construction, belt width 1260mm, flat belt, FDA approved.

Using small nose bars, to allow smaller products to convey without hesitation from one conveyor to the next.

All units, 5 in total, including 2 90 degree turn conveyors, provided with SEW Euro drive gear motors, controlled with AB Rockwell inverters.

The complete control system is integrated in the production line and can be controlled or monitored from all used HMI stations.

The entrance belt height is to connect to the oven band take-off conveyor, the discharge decline height is to connect to the channel board (approx. 1400 mm).

Construction stainless-steel on sanitary adjustable feet.

All conveyors provided with belt tracking and belt tensioning devices.

Idler pulleys of stainless steel, 2” round tubing, drive pulleys of large diameter and white vulcanized.
