New Never Used 2021 VDE Machines - Dough Handling and Feed System

Dough feed system to wire cut machine:

The dough will not be pumped, yet with large augers screwed into an incline and overhead conveyor. This conveyor section, sanitary build, will be pivoting over the wire cut hopper for even distribution. The level in the wire cut hopper will be monitored and will control the feed system

Stainless-steel motorized dough trough:

Capacity 175 Gallon, stainless-steel, 10 Gauge walls, completely TIG welded on both sides, sanitary finish.

Unit complete with two 8” (200mm) diameter stainless steel augers, augers with 2.50 diameter shaft, welded and polished.

Single AC gear motor drive from SEW for both augers, JB with inverter and safety controls. By removing sanitary cap on drive augers, both can be simply removed for sanitation.

Heavy duty welded protection bars around unit, at 3 levels.

Hopper placed on large size (160mm) swivel casters; top provided with heavy duty safety cover. The safety covers will be made from HDPE plastic, which is a Food Compliant Material, clear and strong, while it does not chip.

•      1 SEW 0.5 Hp gear motor drive WAF 30 for double auger

•      2 Stainless steel augers, 8” OD, with drive components

•      4 Industrial sanitary casters

•      Sanitary tubes and fittings

•      JB with inverter, safety and start controls
