APV 48” x 100 ft Rebuilt Cookie Production Line

Includes:

1 – APV Rotary Moulder

• Machine will be disassembled, and all seals and bearings will be repaired.

• Motors will be with new bearings and paint and or SEW Euro-drive or Nord NEW motors upon request.

• Main body will be painted with FDA certified food grade "Steel It" stainless steel based paint

• New control panel with speed controls and or if requested PLC HMI connection

• New special rotary belt for easy removal of the biscuit from the mold (customer's molds can be offered)

1 - 48” Over The Band Wire Cut

• Rebuilt gearbox and feed roller motor (new SEW or Nord where requested),

direct mount and rebuilt harp cutter gearbox and motor

• Base is stainless steel, roller is special food grade aluminum alloy

• New bearings

• New control panel with two speed controllers for cutter and feed rollers

• Mounts on oven belt inlet easily removal

Rebuilt APV Convection Oven 100 feet X 48" Wide consisting of the following:

• Oven legs with adjustable feet for leveling oven with support for return roller bearings

• Side oven construction with C-channel painted in semi-gloss black for rollers

• Oven support angle for chamber support and insulation trays

• Oven chambers, 4 end zones, 4 straight and 1 double burner chamber and one single burner chamber

• Burner boxes include flame tube and baffles, burner mounted and combustion blowers

• Recirculation fan installed with fan, shaft, bearings and mounted

• Oven bumpers on front inlet and outlet feed section

• Doghouse ties and loops for mounting to skin

• Stainless steel skin

• Asbestos-free insulation

• Pre-assembled sections

• Three 850,000 BTU burners

• Three pre-wired gas trains

• Carbon steel baking belt included in price

We do pre-insulation and cladding for the oven and put I BEAM bases in place to prepare it for installation in sections.
